Is it safe to buy home-cooked food?   

Yes! Our cooks have been permitted and are all certified in food hygiene and handling. This is the very same certification required to work in a restaurant.

How do I place an order?   

Download the app on your phone where you will be able to see all of the available cooks in your area. Select the meal of your choice, add it to your cart and place your order. Your cook will receive the order and have it all ready for you in no time.

Why can't I see the cook's address?   

This is a precaution we take for the safety of our cooks. You will know exactly where to go if you are picking up your food once you have made the purchase.

What if I forgot to make an adjustment to my order after it's been placed?   

Our chat feature will be enabled during the preparation of your meal. You may reach out to the cook. If for some reason you are not able to reach the cook, you may use the chat feature on our website to contact customer service.

What if I need to cancel my order?   

Contact customer service via the chat feature on website.

What if I have a problem with my order?   

Whether it’s the wrong dish, a missing side or any other issue arises, contact Savorly’s customer service so we may remedy the problem. We value our customers and will do everything we can to make an unpleasant experience a positive one. Use our chat feature on the website.

My food is ready and I'm outside of the cook's home. How do I notify the cook that I am here?   

Within the app you will be able to notify the cook. However, more often than not, you can simply knock on the door and our friendly cooks will be right with you. We always want to provide you with the freshest food possible.

How do I report a food borne illness concern?   

You must contact Savorly immediately. Provide us with the name of the cook, the day and time you purchased (or your order number) and the dish(es) you ordered. Savorly takes food borne illness very seriously. There is an entire process for tracking issues with cooks and reporting to the permitting office. Is my order hot and ready to eat when I pick it up?   

Absolutely. The only way your food will not be hot is if you have specified or if you are more than 15 min late to pick up your order. Please alert your cook if you are running late.

What requirements do Savorly cooks have before they are allowed to sell food on the app?   

The cooks must obtain an AB 626 permit and certification as a manager of food.
